| the challenge. the fed in -tariff is end in the end of 2017, Ontario government announced 25% electricity rate reduction and starting Jan 1, 2016, Ontario electricity users had to pay the delivery fee based on the demand if the peak demand is 50 kw or more. all of those factors made the solar energy solution less and less attractive.
the opportunities. with the more and more unpredictable and uncontrollable renewable energy resources such as solar and wind energy, the task of the balance of supply and demand for electrical network become more and more difficult. Hence the cost of the electricity delivery fee is expecting to increase. The demand charge already increased over 20% since the starting the new regulation. using the energy storage to control the peak demand shave that works with solar array and generator is showing an opportunity for the future. At the same time, the decreasing cost of natural gas and increasing cost of electrical energy rate, plus the supportive government incentive, made the co generation very attractive.

with 6 years in energy market, Bendygo accumulated long list of business client who are looking for better energy solution, some of them already chose solar energy, some of them are still debating co generation or solar energy. the government incentive, the faster pay back and the potentially working with energy storage system made the co generation is our priority list to develop this solution. we are looking for the experienced partner to work together.
2. Energy storage.
using lithium ion battery to combine with solar array and generator for the demand peak, demand response, energy independence, and emergency power is the purpose of adopting this solution. this technology relatively new to the market, we are looking for R&D institute to develop this product.

it is a solution that combined solar energy, energy storage and co-generation techno ledge together. we are believing this will be a future energy solution
